Return & Refund Period

  • Knee Pads: 30-day money-back guarantee or one exchange per order.
  • Knee Pad Hangers: 60-day money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied or one exchange per order.
  • We also offer an extended 90-day return period for Knee Pad Hangers in cases of manufacturer defects or if they did not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We will issue a full refund or a replacement if:

  • The Knee Pads or Knee Pad Hangers did not meet your expectations.
  • The product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., clips breaking under normal use).

💡 Note: Only one exchange or refund per order is allowed.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
  3. If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement pair of Knee Pad Hangers in any style you choose.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take a few business days to be posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
