REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our Knee Pad Hangers. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN & REFUND PERIOD

Knee Pads: 30-day money-back guarantee or one exchange per order.
Knee Pad Hangers: 60-day money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied or one exchange per order.
We also offer an extended 90-day return period for Knee Pad Hangers in cases of manufacturer defects or if they did not meet your expectations.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund or a replacement if:

The Knee Pads or Knee Pad Hangers did not meet your expectations.
The product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., clips breaking under normal use).

Note: Only one exchange or refund per order is allowed.

REFUND PROCESS

Simply send us a photo/ clear image of the defective product. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement pair of Knee Pad Hangers in any style you choose, and sent emmediately to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
Contact your bank, as refunds may take a few business days to be posted.

SALE ITEMS

All regular priced items and Sale priced items can be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If your Knee Pad Hangers did not meet your expectations, we will issue a refund but will not provide a replacement pair.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Tip: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you return an item and request a refund, you cannot request a replacement pair later.
If you choose a replacement pair, you cannot request a refund later.
Each customer/transaction is eligible for only one refund or exchange per original order.
